• Insurance: We accept several major insurance providers. It is your responsibility to confirm your mental health benefits with your insurer before the first session.

• Co-pays and deductibles: Due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

• Self-pay rates: Available upon request. Payment is due before or at the time of service.

• Payment methods accepted: Credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards.

• Outstanding balances: Clients are responsible for any portion of services not covered by insurance.
